Annette Tomes the owner/designer at FloraWorx has over 20 years of floral and horticulture design experience. Her career began in the floral department of Ukrop’s while she was studying horticulture at J. Sargeant Reynold’s Community College. From there she took a position as a gardener tending the English gardens at Agecroft Hall Museum and Gardens where she was then promoted to Head Gardener. Designing flowers both in the garden as well the vase is a lifelong passion and after much prompting from family and friends she launched her floral business.
